Our client, Vecos, headquartered in the Netherlands, is a fast-growing global technology company specializing in smart locker systems that enhance dynamic work environments. With over 1 million lockers online, they collaborate with leading brands such as Nike, Novo Nordisk, EY, Aker BP, Lego, Vattenfall, Danske Bank, Deloitte, and more.

 

The Nordic market is primed for even more growth. Vecos is already well established in the region, where the current Regional Sales Manager and strategic partners have secured a market-leading position.
The opportunities are vast and unrestricted, offering the chance to capture a significantly larger share of the Nordic market. For this new position, they are seeking a strong commercial Regional Sales Manager who, reporting directly to the Sales Director North West Europe in the Netherlands, will focus on the Nordic countries.

The Challenge

Based in your own geography, you will be responsible for managing and increasing sales across the Nordic market. This includes ownership of the entire professional sales process, from developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners - and, of course, achieving ambitious sales targets.

 

You will enjoy nearly unlimited freedom in the role, which demands a high degree of self-motivation. You will have the autonomy to manage and plan your sales process independently, with full support from the highly service-oriented team in the Netherlands.

You master the balance between proactive hunting and relationship maintenance and know when your efforts are needed.

 

Vecos is seeking an energetic individual with
a welcoming attitude - not just someone with the right skills

 

You are a direct sales star, experienced with long sales cycles:

  • Proven experience in direct sales and business development
  • Background in selling Smart Office/flexible workplace solutions, or building technology such as access control is a plus
  • Experience with B2B sales of software and hardware
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Motivated to travel across the Nordic countries and to team meetings in the Netherlands
  • Results-driven, self-motivated and have a sense of humor
  • Able to work independently and remotely
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Danish, English, and preferably Swedish
